Shipping Policy

DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries will take 3-5 working days, depending on the product(s) and customer location. This can extend beyond the allotted time frame in peak seasons and is subject to stock availability. Should any delays occur, our customer services team will be in touch to provide regular updates.

Return & Exchange Policy

FLTD is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You may return any unused or defective item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please use our return form below. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about our return and exchange policies.

Please note – for hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been worn cannot be accepted for return or exchange. We recommend trying on all products indoors, on a clean and clear surface, before wearing them out in public. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will provide instructions for a return or exchange. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Postal charges of exchanges and returns are at the cost of the customer, and we recommend you use Royal Mail registered post.
