Frequently Asked Questions

  • How much is delivery?
    UK – FREE over £250.00 Standard delivery is FREE for all orders over £250 net. Delivery charges of Orders Under the value of £250 net are calculated on the weight of the order at checkout. Please note that we cannot leave items without a signature.
  • How long does it take for delivery?
    Delivery will take 1-2 working days or 3-5 working days for delivery, depending on the product(s) and customer location and the shipping method selected at checkout. This can extend beyond the allotted time frame in peak seasons and is subject to stock availability. Should any delays occur, our customer services team will be in touch to provide regular updates as well as alternatives where appropriate. In the case of shortage or damage, you must retain the carrier’s receipt, and Cottonmount Trading informed within three working days of the delivery date.
  • Where is my order?
    If you have a query about your order, please call our customer service team on 01226 281673 or email fltd@engineer.com. Lines are open from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
  • I want to return my order
    For faulty goods, please request a faulty goods returns note by emailing fltd@engineer.com If you return non-faulty goods for any reason, whether the returns are accepted or not is at our discretion and the goods will be subject to a handling and restocking charge of 15%. A surcharge of up to 25% may be charged for goods not returned in a re-saleable condition or in the original packaging.
